Open at the sides with satin trim / binding and 2 ties on each side. One self covered button at the neck and a round opening at the top of the back. Beautifully made with bound seams. Made in Japan. I bought it at Mitsukoshi in Ginza. Size 2 but can fit smaller or larger due to the design.
